Opening Orders:

Our minimum opening order is 3 cases; re-orders are 2 cases. A copy of your state resale certificate must be on file for orders to be processed.

Terms:

Wholesale orders will be processed prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, or may be prepaid by company check. Customers may apply for Net 30 terms after the first prepaid order has been processed. Credit applications can be requested by calling 800-456-7115. Please allow 3 weeks for applications to be processed.

Shipping:

UPS Shipments – The Invisible Chef ships orders FOB, Louisville, KY. A request for credit or product replacements should be done within 7 business days of receiving merchandise. In some cases, UPS may request the ability to inspect the merchandise in order to process a claim. LTL shipments – We ask that if you receive a shipment by truck, that any damage be noted on the bill of lading when you receive the order.
