Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Swirl Cake

You Will Need:
For The Chocolate Swirl:
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together buttermilk, cocoa and chocolate chips. Set aside.
  2. Make pumpkin cake as directed on box….Add 1 cup of batter to the chocolate mixture.
  3. Add pumpkin batter and the chocolate batter into your prepared pan….alternating both batters around to spread out the two flavors. Run a knife through the batters to gently swirl together.
  4. Bake as directed about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Slice cake and place on a pretty white plate….dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate. This cake is delicious as is with no embellishments!
