Do you love pizza, brownies, coconut and chocolate? If you answered yes...and how could you not? Then, stick around, I have a really delicious Chocolate Almond Coconut Brownie Pizza drizzled with a rich chocolate sauce, just for you!
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
Separate two of the eggs, placing two egg whites in a medium bowl. Save one of the egg yolks and the whole egg for the brownie preparation (save the other egg yolk for another use).
In the bowl with the egg whites, add the coconut and condensed milk and mix until blended. Set aside.
Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions except use 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk. Spread onto a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven carefully and spread the coconut mixture (mixing once again to combine) over the crust, leaving ½-inch border. Sprinkle with the almonds. Bake another 20 minutes longer or until the topping is lightly golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.
When ready to serve, melt chocolate and oil; stir until smooth. (Adding oil to the chocolate will keep its creamy texture and keeps the chocolate soft.)
Drizzle the chocolate over the brownie pizza. Or, get fancy and drizzle chocolate on a plate, then place a slice of the brownie pizza on top of the chocolate and drizzle a little more chocolate again on top of the pizza.... just like a pastry chef!
Oooooo…..so pretty! Serve to some very lucky people. Cheers!
