16 oz cooked breakfast sausage

2 cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese

8 eggs
-
¾ cup milk
-
½ tsp salt
-
¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to to 375 degrees.
Follow the instructions on the box to prepare the Buttermilk Biscuits
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with butter or cooking spray
Cut the prepared biscuit dough into 1-inch pieces and spread evenly on the bottom the prepared baking dish.
Top with cooked sausage and the shredded cheese.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour the mixture over the biscuit/sausage/cheese mixture, distributing evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
