Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Invisible Chef. We appreciate your order and intend to do everything we can to ensure that you are pleased. All orders are shipped via UPS out of our facility within 48 – 72 hours of receipt of the order. Shipping may vary due to holidays or special circumstances. Please review the shipping map with estimated travel days below. Please remember that these are estimates - if you need your package to arrive on a specific date, please contact us at contactus@theinvisiblechef.com or call 800-456-7115.

Express Shipments must be placed by 10:00 a.m. EST, Monday – Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Express shipments deliver Monday – Friday.

Free Shipping Guidelines

Our current free shipping promotion applies to free Standard Ground Shipping (each "Ship To" address constitutes an order). This offer does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping Rates

The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

The Invisible Chef ships from our Distribution Center in Louisville, KY via United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked online after your order has been processed and picked up by UPS.

Delivery: All in-stock orders are shipped ground and should be received within 7-10 business days unless specified otherwise, including “Free Shipping” items. Please check all addresses carefully. The Invisible Chef can only guarantee delivery to the addresses we are provided with.

Additional Information: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will be shipped via the most economical shipping rate with either UPS Ground or USPS Ground Service. Please email us at orders@theinvisiblechef.com with your order details and address to receive an emailed freight quote. We will process your order upon email approval of rate.

Great Customer Service

I got the pizzelle mix because I need to expedite. I also asked how to use anise which was not a mentioned ingredient. I was told in order to follow a genuine North Boston Italian recipe, I could use "some" anise. I don't know the amount & have not yet commenced my journey but will update my review when I am able. THANK YOU!

Excellent mix!

We’re sold on the Invisible Chef Pancake & Waffle mixes. Made with buttermilk and a bit of melted butter & egg, the texture of the waffles is amazing. We always make waffles in a Belgian Waffle maker do we use a bit more for these thicker waffles but the quality is definitely worth placing an order for more mix when we run out.

My son LOVES this!!

I started making these when we discovered the pancakes in TJ Max years ago. I have been buying Invisible chef for 12 years now. My son has all ways called them the "fancy pancakes". He is now 14 and still ask for the fancy pancakes. I always have to buy multiple boxes just to make sure I have it hand. We LOVE these pancakes!

Delicious waffles!

We are not pancake people but we love waffles. I purchased this Lemon Blueberry pancake & waffle mix a few months ago and had it on our menu for this Easter weekend (today!). The waffles were so fragrant as I made them in the waffle maker, and their crispy-on-the-outside , and tender and light on the inside texture was just amazing. My husband remarked several times about how tasty these waffles turned out. Just the right amount if lemon, and although there didn’t appear to be a lot of dried blueberries in the bag if mix, the amount of dried blueberries in the baked waffles was actually perfect. Served them with some blueberry syrup that really made breakfast this Easter weekend even more special! Sooooo, I just ordered two more boxes! We are fans of both this Lemon-Blueberry mix and the regular Buttermilk Pancakes & waffle mix.
