The Invisible Chef® welcomes you to our service.  The service includes the Web Site located at www.theinvisiblechef.com (the "Web Site")  The goal of the Web Site is to provide access to our gourmet baking mixes, as well as, information and ideas, to as wide an audience as possible. To ensure a safe, pleasant environment for all of our users, we have established these Terms of Use. In this way, you will know what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. The Invisible Chef® is a licensed trademark and the Service is owned by JAZ Foods Inc. with offices in Canton, OH and San Francisco, CA (the "Company").  The Invisible Chef® trademark is licensed to the Company. All other third party trademarks, product names, and company names and logos appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners.
