Our Red Velvet Cake transformed into a Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Filling topped with Vanilla Glaze is an irresistible dessert that combines rich flavors and a stunning presentation.
This cake features a moist, tender red velvet crumb with a subtle hint of cocoa. Hidden inside is a luscious, creamy cheesecake-like filling made from smooth cream cheese, adding a delightful contrast in both texture and taste.
Once baked to perfection, the cake is then drizzled with a silky vanilla glaze, which cascades beautifully down the ridges of the Bundt shape, adding an extra layer of sweetness.

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F
Step 1 - Make the Filling: In a large bowl, add 1 egg, cream cheese, sugar and flour. Mix together until well combined. Set aside while you prepare the cake.
Step 2 - Make the Cake: Mix together the milk, 2 eggs & oil. Add the contents of cake packet and mix with a spatula until blended.
Pour half of the cake batter in the prepared Bundt pan. Evenly pour the cream cheese filling mixture over the cake mix, smoothing the top lightly with a spatula, trying not to let the filling touch the sides of the pan. Then pour the remaining cake batter on top of the filling & cake and smooth over.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for about 10 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool on a wire rack until completely cooled, before topping with the glaze.
Step 3 - Make the Glaze: Put the contents of the glaze packet into a small bowl and add 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp milk and stir until smooth and glossy….should be fairly thick. Pour glaze evenly on top of cooled cake. Let the glaze set before slicing.
