When you want to make Sugar Cookies but are too lazy.....The Invisible Chef understands, so we made a Sugar Cookie Bar Mix. We included a frosting packet and a packet of sprinkles. Make these exactly as directed on the box OR have some sprinkle fun! We have listed numerous ways to dress these cookie bars up and show them off!
Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter - frost and sprinkle!
Adult Frosting: Add 1 Tbsp of Limoncello to the frosting mix.
Strawberry Frosting: Add about ½ cup of freeze-dried strawberries to the frosting. Freeze Dried Strawberries are easily found at Trader Joes or Whole Foods.
Add a drop of food coloring to the frosting …. we added pink, but you can add any color you would like! You could also use a couple of colors and make a tie die look!
Take about 1 Tbsp of sprinkles from the packet and add to the dry mix before mixing with the egg and butter.
