There’s something undeniably nostalgic about the classic campfire S’mores—the crackle of the fire, gooey melted marshmallows, and that perfect bite of chocolate and graham cracker. Now imagine all of that wrapped into a rich, fudgy brownie made really easy with The Invisible Chef Brownie Mix. We did the hard part for you.....just add a few other ingredients and you will have the most delicious S'mores Brownies......
This S’mores Brownie recipe brings those cozy, fireside flavors right into your kitchen, no campfire required....but feel free to serve these around your backyard fire pit.
With a graham cracker base, a decadent chocolate brownie layer, and golden, toasted marshmallow topping and bits of milk chocolate, every bite is indulgent, gooey, and just a little bit messy—in the best way possible.
Whether you’re baking for a gathering, a special treat, or simply to satisfy a chocolate craving, these brownies are guaranteed to steal the show and bring a little sweetness to any moment.
Ingredients

8 Tbsp unsalted melted butter

2 eggs

About 8 graham cracker “sheets”

About 1 to 1-½ cups mini marshmallows

1 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Follow the instructions on the back of the box…..except before putting the brownie mixture into the prepared pan, line the pan with the about 5-6 graham crackers…..filling in any spaces with broken pieces of graham crackers.
Bake the brownies for 40 minutes.
In the meantime, mix together the marshmallows, broken pieces of the remaining graham crackers and chocolate chips.
After 35 minutes, carefully remove the brownies from the oven and sprinkle the marshmallow mixture evenly on top of the brownies. Turn your oven to broil and place the oven rack close the to top of the broiler. Put the brownie pan on the rack and bake for an additional 8 minutes or so (watching carefully) until the marshmallows are lightly toasted, about 5 minutes or so.
Remove from oven and let cool for an hour before cutting into these gooey, decadent S’mores Brownies……oh yum!!!
