This kit includes two packets: Chili Starter and Cornbread Mix.
you will need
Follow the instructions on the box to prepare the Chili. Place Chili in a 9 x 13 dish. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare Cornbread.
- cornbread mix packet (included)
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup creamed style corn
- 1//4 cup oil
- 1 large egg
Spoon the cornbread over the top of the filling, spreading almost to the edges of the pan. Transfer to oven and bake about 20 minutes at 400 degrees until the cornbread is lightly browned on top and a tester inserted in the topping comes out clean. Let rest for about 15 minutes before serving.
