• coconut cookie mix (packet one, included)
• coconut flakes (packet two, included)
• 1/2 cup (8 Tbsp) unsalted butter, room temp
• 1 large egg - separated (reserve egg white in a small bowl & set aside)
• jelly beans (packet three, included)
