Make the mix, using a donut pan fill 1/2 way with batter. Bake until
just under done (10 min) crack the eggs into the donut holes, sprinkle
with salt and pepper. Place back into the oven until the eggs are
cooked. Finish with chives.
I always forget to buy dessert when company comes. I'm keeping these delicious coffee cake mixes in my pantry for whenever someone visits. They are quick and easy to make and they are wonderful.
