These cookies capture all the elegance of our classic cake in a bite-sized treat. Just add 2 eggs and 2 Tbsp of unsalted butter for the perfect cookie dough.

1 box The Invisible Chef Cherry Chocolate Chip Cake

2 Large Eggs

2 Tbsp melted unsalted butter

Baking sheet covered with parchment paper
You Will Need:
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put the eggs and melted butter into a medium size bowl. Whisk well. Add the cake mix and stir….the dough will be a little shaggy, just knead with your hands a few times and a smooth dough will form.
Use a cookie scoop or your hands and roll into 2-inch balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet
Bake for about 12-14 minutes. The bottoms will be lightly browned and the inside soft and tender.
Remove to a cooling rack and let cool completely.
