Chocolate Chip Banana Beer Bread
How Fun is Beer Bread?
The Chef thinks it is one of the most ingenious breads around. So easy to make….just add Beer! The fun part about Beer Bread is you can change it up to fit your taste and your meal….whether it is breakfast (yup!), lunch (for the ladies), dinner (for a crowd) or dessert (for your family).
It’s your choice….The Invisible Chef…..Brewer’s Choice Beer Bread. Today’s recipe for Beer Bread doesn't even use Beer! So, if you don’t have any beer around, or you don’t feel comfortable making Beer Bread for your kids, we came up with this great idea to add Cola to the mix. And, then we thought we would add some chocolate chips & some ripe banana’s we had sitting on the kitchen countertop….just to take it up a delicious notch!
So….this recipe can be dessert, a nice addition to your weekend brunch or a delicious, wholesome snack while you are binge watching your favorite show. I just finished binge watching Episodes with Matt LeBlanc – such a cute, funny & light-hearted show – just what I needed to lift my spirits during these crazy times - and I had a few slices of the Chocolate Chip Banana Beer Bread with some morning coffee and then again had another slice with some nice cold milk for an afternoon snack while laughing my way through the show! I did take some breaks during the day for a hike and fresh air!
We are all in this crazy Covid-19 time together, and we will get through it and life will be normal again! But, in the meantime, The Chef is Thinking Outside the Box and baking up some fun and scrumptious appetizers, desserts, snacks and even some dinner recipes for you using The Invisible Chef baking mixes to jump start your baking experience!
Enjoy…..Love, The Chef
